The Loran Award is a prestigious scholarship program that provides financial support and unique opportunities for high-achieving students in Canada. Students can apply directly for the Loran Award, and no school nomination is required. The application deadline for the upcoming year is October 12th, 2022. Successful recipients of the Loran Award have the opportunity to renew the scholarship for up to four years, with a total value of $100,000.

TD Bank Scholarships for Community Leadership is a scholarship program established by TD since 1995 to recognize and support students who have demonstrated exceptional commitment to community leadership. This program has awarded millions of dollars in scholarships to deserving students. The TD Scholarships for Community Leadership provide financial assistance, paid summer employment opportunities, peer networking, and mentorship. By investing in young community leaders, TD aims to contribute to a more inclusive and sustainable future. Students are encouraged to apply directly for these scholarships, and no school nomination is required. The application deadline for the upcoming year is November 15th, 2022.

The Schulich Leader Scholarship is a prestigious scholarship program aimed at recognizing and supporting exceptional high school students who demonstrate academic excellence, leadership potential, creativity, charisma, and an entrepreneurial mindset. The scholarship is specifically designed for students intending to pursue careers in Technology, Engineering, Business, or Scientific research. Each high school can nominate only one student for the scholarship. Interested students should email their guidance counselor by November 1st, 2022, with a summary of how they meet the criteria outlined below. The administrative team will then decide which student nomination will be supported. Students pursuing careers as Physicians, Medical Researchers, Professors, or Social Activists are not eligible for the Schulich Leader Scholarship.

The Queen's Chancellor's Scholarship is a prestigious scholarship program offered by Queen's University. It is awarded to students who have demonstrated superior academic ability, creative and original thinking, and proven leadership qualities. The scholarship is specifically for students who plan to attend Queen's University. To be considered for the Chancellor's Scholarship, applicants must receive a nomination from the high school they most recently attended full-time study. Nominations from institutions where the applicant is enrolled in part-time studies will not be accepted. The scholarship provides $12,000 per year and is renewable for three subsequent years, totaling four years, provided a GPA of 3.5 is achieved in a full course load each year. Selected recipients will receive further information about renewal criteria.
